Meet Nicole
Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach

Nicole Giles is a Duke trained Integrative Medicine Health and Well-being Coach located in Raleigh, North Carolina. Nicole works in partnership with people seeking to set personal goals towards overall wellness with the ultimate goal of optimum living. She believes that even through life’s most difficult challenges, people are resilient and can harness their inner strength to reach their goals for more joyful living. Utilizing a holistic, dimensioned view of health, Nicole assists individuals with common challenges, such as weight loss, smoking cessation, women’s mid-life concerns, stress management, and sleep issues.

Nicole obtained her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She also holds a Master Degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. She began working as an oncology social worker and then transitioned to a generalist Licensed Clinical Social Worker practitioner, providing mental health services and counseling to the adult population.

When she’s not coaching, Nicole enjoys hiking, forest bathing, playing soccer and basketball with her husband and son, daily meditation, yoga, cooking and promoting whole person-centered health literacy. Nicole is a metastatic melanoma and breast cancer survivor, and she enjoys helping people navigate their cancer journeys.
